Payment Terms
1.1 All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
1.2 New accounts shall transact on a Cash Before Delivery (CBD) basis until a credit facility has been approved.
1.3 Approved trade accounts shall be granted payment terms of 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1.4 Lombia reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend credit facilities at any time should the account exceed approved credit limits or payment terms.
1.5 Interest may be charged on overdue accounts at the prevailing prime lending rate plus 2% per annum.
1.6 Ownership of all goods shall remain vested in Lombia until full payment has been received.
1.7 Lombia reserves the right to withhold further deliveries where any amount remains outstanding beyond agreed payment terms.
Minimum Order Requirements
2.1 Opening orders shall consist of a minimum of twelve (12) frames.
2.2 Re-orders shall consist of a minimum of six (6) frames.
2.3 Lombia reserves the right to amend minimum order quantities from time to time.
2.4 Custom ranges, private label products, and special production orders may be subject to separate minimum order quantities and deposit requirements.
2.5 Orders accepted by Lombia may not be cancelled or amended once production, allocation, or dispatch has commenced.
Claims & Returns
3.1 All goods must be inspected upon receipt.
3.2 Claims relating to shortages, incorrect products, visible defects, or transit damage must be reported in writing within seven (7) days of delivery.
3.3 Claims received after seven (7) days may not be accepted.
3.4 No goods may be returned without prior written authorization from Lombia.
3.5 Returned products must:
- Be in original packaging.
- Be unused and saleable.
- Include all presentation materials supplied with the product.
3.6 Non-defective products approved for return may be subject to a handling and restocking fee of up to 15%.
3.7 Special orders, custom products, discontinued products, and clearance stock are non-returnable.
3.8 Approved credits shall be applied to the customer account and may not be redeemed for cash.
Warranty
4.1 Lombia warrants its products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase by the retailer.
4.2 Lombia's sole obligation under this warranty shall be, at its discretion, to:
- Repair the product;
- Replace the product; or
- Issue a credit equal to the original wholesale purchase price.
4.3 This warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage;
- Misuse or neglect;
- Improper adjustments;
- Scratches to lenses;
- Normal wear and tear;
- Loss or theft;
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
4.4 Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase and supporting photographs where requested.
4.5 Lombia reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving any warranty claim
